India slams you from the first moment you read about it and fascination journey of initiation into a different world is combined with the desire to learn more about the unknown.

Well…this is Kerala, the land of Ayurveda , one of the most beautiful areas of India and the Orient. It is rightfully called "the land of God."
This journey combines the methods of treatment, rejuvenation, traditional Ayurvedic healing, traditional yoga sessions and yoga therapeutics with visits to temples, ashram, meditation and pampering at the famous beach of Varkala. A visit in Kerala without doing all these things is almost zero…

Kerala enjoys a balanced climate, tranquil stretches of emerald waters  and long beaches, lush mountains and exotic wildlife, waterfalls, vast tea plantations and spices, rice fields, Ayurvedic tratments, magical festivals , historical and cultural monuments, exotic cuisine…all offer a unique experience! "God's own Country" (Land of God)….Kerala.

What I can say more ... I’m in love with this magical place…so unique.. One of my friends told me that he changed his entire life due to his trip in Kerala. I thought it is crazy but now I understand. It's like a drug that gets you and you do not let go. It's magic. Waters that crosses this region is top attraction. Further south are the beaches of Kovalam, while inside, Ghats Mountains are covered by a "blanket" of spices and tea plantations….fabulous! In Kochi, a town in Kerala, Cochi is just 80 kilometers from Thrissur, the cultural capital of Kerala. Nature Kerala has mountains, spices and tea land, over 550 km from the beach on the Arabian Sea, lagoons flooding land. Here you get to see together temples, mosques and cathedrals, a fusion of colonial architecture and indigenous.

I've been staying at Carnoustie Ayurveda Wellness resort in northern India, in Kerala. In the spring you can practice water sports, boat trips or walks around the bays Alappuzha port city of Kochi. Has the best yoga classes in northern India, the treatments are designed by experts in the field and are specially designed for rejuvenation, relaxation and detoxification…I paid around 1,500 euros and includes 7 nights’ accommodation, daily treatments, every 60-90 minutes daily sessions for head and foot massage of 45 minutes, diet and daily yoga and meditation classes…if you have money and want to do something with them…Try this amazing experience…

Because I focused strictly on treatments did not have time to explore the city how I wanted and to be honest I was a little afraid. Shown beyond India, in general, if you come from the West and from a civilized country with a high standard of living, you will stay a little thinking when you will see the poverty and the way thinks and places looks. I admired the simplicity and modesty of the people and their joy of enjoying anything, and when I say anything … it means anything.

A journey in Kerala changes your mentality, makes you a different kind of man… to cherish more life, people, situations in general. I hope to have time to write more about my visit in Kerala. See ya!
