Ghent is 55 km from Brussels, capital of Belgium. Ghent is easily reached by train in about 40 minutes. Once you get in Ghent, you'll be struck by the novelistic beauty, by a strong essence, that you smell ones and then you fall in love irrevocably. A reference place for Ghent is Graslei, being a medieval quay with its unique among historic buildings, a marvelous river with the mirror aspect, which is the meeting point of people who sit at chic cafes and terraces… is a moment of silence, after a walk in the city to relax your body, mind and soul in one of the beautiful and welcoming terraces, where people are relaxed andsmiling, a warm atmosphere that invites you to eat something good and sip a coffee or wine...

  • Belfort - Gent Bell Tower with a height of 91 m has 54 bells used for concerts and a lift so you can climb to the top.
  • Castle of the Counts in Ghent Gravensteen, it is the most impressive fortress of Ghent.
  • St. Nicholas Church - Sint-Niklaaskerk , was built between sec. 13-15 and was made in the most Belgian austere style, called: Gothic Schelde.
  • St Bavo's Cathedral (Sint-Baafskathedraal) – it has a Gothic architectural style and the most significant piece is "Polyptych Mystic Lamb", a masterpiece made by Van Eyck brothers.

Ghent is an incredible town with an abundance of history, very well preserved architectural style, remaining almost intact, that feels you with romance and gives you the impression that nowhere is more beautiful than here.
