Other important cities are Curepipe, Vacoas, Phoenix, Quatre Bornes, Rose-Hill and Beau-Bassin Quartier Militaire.
Mauritius is a complex location that offers you mountain and ocean, the island being very small, the vegetation and landscapes differs very much so the south-west of the island is the one spectacular due to the proximity of the mountains. There you can rent a car to explore the whole island. You can try safari experience where you go with the lions and tigers (It takes between 45 minutes and one hour, costs 85 Euros per person) and offer an unforgettable experience. Mauritius is a perfect destination for lovers of surfing, water skiing, sailing, golf, diving and fishing, for lovers of beauty, sublime and romance. Many luxury hotels offer the opportunity to practice a range of sports for free. It is an expensive destination, I would say very expensive, but if you can afford it, fully deserves to be visited.
